COMPENSATION
BEFORE IDEATION
Ideation & Conceptualization
Ideation and conceptualization refer to any process involving brainstorming, creative thinking, idea development, problem-solving, and strategy formulation related to a client’s project. This includes, but is not limited to, developing concepts, sketches, mood boards, copywriting drafts, design prototypes, or strategic frameworks.
Compensation Requirement
All ideation, brainstorming, and solution development work will only commence after a formal agreement and initial compensation have been received from the client. This includes both the time spent generating ideas and any materials developed in the ideation phase.
Initial Consultation Fee
An initial consultation fee or retainer will be charged before any idea generation begins. This fee ensures that the creative professional’s time is compensated for the consultation, brainstorming, and the development of initial concepts. This fee is non-refundable and will be credited toward the overall project cost upon agreement to proceed.
Preliminary Research and Strategy Development
Any preliminary research, strategic insights, or idea exploration done on behalf of the client will also require compensation. No in-depth research or strategic thinking will be undertaken before an initial deposit or consultation fee is received.
PAYMENT
Payment and Scheduling Policy
To secure production dates, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. Once the deposit is received, you may select your preferred production date(s).
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 48 hours (2 days) prior to the scheduled production start date.
Please note that the full project balance is due in advance, and production will not commence until payment is received.
Late Payments
Late payments ( Invoiced Deposits, Final Payments) incur an interest charge of 2% of total project cost to be paid before a production begins.
Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted: Bank Transfer, PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card.
Project Delay Clauses
Work will stop or be delayed until payment (Complete Project Balance, Late Fees, or Repeat Changes Fee) is received.
SCHEDULING
Clear Communication
Communication Channels: Email is the preferred method to be used to communicate any changes. Immediate confirmation (or acknowledgment) is needed to accommodate changes requested.
Changes to Scheduling
-
Advance Notice: 48 hours (2 days) are required for rescheduling meetings, productions, or deadlines. The more notice given, the easier it is for everyone involved to adjust their plans.

-
Repeated Changes: If a client or team member requests 3 or more changes to the schedule of meetings, productions, or deadlines, a 2% fee of the Total Project Cost will be implemented in order to reschedule the Production, deadline, or meeting.
